By using Estatly you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Estatly is an online marketplace connecting property owners and sellers with buyers, investors, and tenants. Estatly facilitates introductions but is not a party to any real estate transaction.
3. Fees and Payment
Listing fees are billed monthly as described on the Pricing page. Success fees of 1% are due when a transaction closes through Estatly.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. Your listings stay active until the end of your billing period.
